Hi, I’m Rick Stream. Since 2006, with the support of so many of you, I have been working hard in our State Legislature. Previously, I served on the Kirkwood School Board for 12 years. I love our Kirkwood-Des Peres community, our can-do spirit and our American values. As your State Representative and Vice Chair of the Budget Committee, I am proud to report that we balanced the state budget again this year. It was no small task—in fact Missouri is one of only seven states to earn a “AAA” bond rating. Serving on two key education committees, I work hard to provide our children with the tools and opportunities required to prosper in our ever-changing global economy.
